Interior: The Playa Real estate is gated with a private gate and ramp onto the seafront walkway. Playa Flamingo beach with its cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, is just 7/8 minutes walk away, with superior restaurants 6 to 7 minutes walk at La Mulata, Natura beach. Its decoration is modern with many small details that make the villa a home from home. Everything is reflected in the tour of the villa – click the orange logo. The villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite. The beautiful master bedroom bathroom has a large walk-in power shower, as has one of the twin bedrooms. Exterior: Step outside to the appreciate the view and enjoy the large terrace surrounding the 10m x 5m electrically heated swimming pool. In addition to the covered outside dining area and barbecue, there is a delightful seating area under the trees where you can watch the sun going down and appreciate the view with a glass of wine. There is a stunning large very modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could require. The villa has internet TV (smart TV) Free WiFi. Location! Location! Location!

Amenities: Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap.
