Interior: The villa has been completely renovated throughout to provide spacious accommodation, finished to a high standard. There is one double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bedroom with bunk beds. The two bathrooms are fully tiled and one also has a bath. The kitchen is modern, large and spacious and very well equipped. The open plan kitchen and dining area leads to a comfortable living room with leather sofas, TV with satellite - English channels, Free Private WIFI, music system and DVD player. The villa has been furnished and equipped to ensure that everything you might need is to hand.

Exterior: Outside, there is a lovely private terrace area, with a pergola and table and chairs and a large built in Canarian barbecue. There is a stunning private pool with waterfall feature along with an electric pool heating system perfect for all year round bathing. And of course, sun loungers to make the most of the sunbathing area surrounding the pool. All of which is enclosed and ensures plenty of privacy whilst you are sunbathing.

Amenities: Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little coastal town. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. Within easy walking distance of the villa, there is the ferry port and a large number of seafront restaurants and bars. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.
