Interior: This is a very comfortable apartment with one large bedroom (twin beds), bathroom, a safe, shower, washing machine, some communal TV, DVD. There is a modern open plan kitchen, dining area and spacious living room with access to the terrace.

Exterior: The private terrace provides a south facing terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful views and weather. Al fresco dining all year round! Two communal swimming pools for you to enjoy. There is an on-site supermarket and a selection of restaurants to choose from, all within easy walking distance.

Amenities: Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.

Services: For guests staying longer than one week there will be a full clean with sheet and towel change halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.
