Interior: A two bedroom,two bathroom property, both bedrooms have double beds, bathrooms are fully refurbished with a shower and the second bathroom has a bath. A modern living and dining room and a fully refurbished kitchen in 2024.

Exterior: A lovely terrace area, with sun loungers, table and chairs and a built in barbecue.

Amenities: : Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.

Services: For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.
