Interior: The villa features three bedrooms. The master bedroom (upstairs) has a walk in wardrobe and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms (downstairs) are very spacious with the possibility for extra bed(s) together with a beautiful bathroom - this villa sleeps up to 8 people. The lounge is very welcoming with its open plan seating arrangement and patio doors leading onto the terrace and private heated pool. A perfect place to sit and relax either inside or outside. For those who enjoy relaxing with the television, this villa has a (Sky) satellite system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher and there is even a separate laundry room.

Exterior: The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a patio area and garden. The villa has a private parking for those guests who prefer to hire a car. The villa is located on a new small and quiet complex. From the terrace upstairs you have a stunning view over the centre of Playa Blanca.

Amenities: Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.

Services: For guests staying longer than one week there will be a full clean with sheet and towel change halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.
