: Playa Blanca es un pequeño pueblo pesquero próspero y ocupado. Además de las magníficas playas, hay numerosos bancos, supermercados, farmacias, médicos, peluquerías, además de numerosas tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Hay un servicio religioso local la mayoría de los domingos. También podrás reservar excursiones por la isla, taxis acuáticos a las playas de Papagayo y tomar el ferry a Fuerteventura. Abundan los deportes acuáticos, con muchas opciones para bucear, navegar, pescar y hacer snorkel. El mejor surf está en Famara. Los taxis son muy comunes y baratos. Hay un servicio regular de autobús que opera por toda Playa Blanca, además de otro servicio a otros pueblos de la isla.

Jul 2026We stayed in bungalow I/J in July 2026. There were 7 of us (two families) and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was really well equipped, the air-conditioning was excellent, the rooms were spacious and the living area was fantastic. There is a communal pool that was just outside our back door and the front patio area was just perfect. Loads of room, great views, plenty of seating space and a BBQ...all we needed. The location was excellent...5 minute walk to a, well supplied, Spar and the Irish Anvil bar. Then another 5 minutes to the main strip. The staff at White beach were excellent to deal with communicated really well up to and during the holiday. We hope to return next year.

May 2026Once again, a lovely stay at Peurto Chico. Location, the standard of the villa and the welcoming service are unquestionably all major positives. The port is right opposite so there is always some noise and activity going on (though this doesn’t bother us). We did note that a new ferry operator is taking over from the old rickety Armas boat so it remains to be seen if this lessens the impact. Well just have to go back and find out 😊

Sep 2025Have stayed at Puerto Chico a few times now and love the peace and quiet of the complex. Amazingly spotless grounds, and the upkeep of gardens and facilities are second to none. All Villa’s we have stayed in are in excellent order. Natalie and staff are a delight to deal with and very much “on the ball” with any issues. Have just booked 3 weeks in March and can’t wait to return. Our only regret is not having found this place years ago. Thank you to Natalie and all the owners, it’s always a delight. Malc & Annie x

Nov 2022We have just returned home after a fantastic holiday staying in Bungalow I/J on the beautifully maintained Puerto Chico complex.
The bungalow was furnished both inside and in the vast outdoor area to a high standard and was well equipped, an ideal venue for someone like myself with many and varied dietary requirements as there were numerous pots, pans and other necessary cooking utensils making it simple to self cater. In fact we enjoyed our almost three week stay so much that we have already booked again for 19 nights next November.
Thank you to the White Beach team and also to the owner of the property.
Looking forward to our return.
