Puerto Chico 7

Hi Natalie Just a quick note to say thank you for arranging our stay at Puerto Chico! As always, we had a fantastic stay in Playa Blanca...it has definitely become our favourite spot for some winter sun and the location of Puerto Chico is just perfect. We struck lucky with the weather and had a couple of days where we just totally relaxed, lounged around on the patio and had a swim. It is so quiet and peaceful so perfect to switch off from the daily grind! It was just what I needed to recharge the batteries.

This is our 3rd stay at Puerto Chico and we honestly love the complex. Natalie is extremely helpful from start to finish, she even sorted out private transfers from the airport to the resort. We stayed in Puerto Chico 7 which has a perfect position within the complex, overlooking the pool and the sea. We were told that this accommodation was a little dated when we were booking it but to be honest, for the price paid and for the location alone within the complex we couldn’t fault it… waking up to sea views was perfect! The villa was spotless throughout, it had a new Mircowave and kettle, we didn’t cook as we ate out every night, we slept really well, the main bathroom although a bit dated had a lovely powerful shower, we had no issues at all. Would we come back to Puerto Chico… absolutely it’s a gem of a complex, super location with pubs, supermarket, restaurants and shops right next door. We also really appreciated the welcome pack after a day of travelling, and we also appreciate how well kept the gardens and pool are and how safe the complex feels with its keypad entry gates. Thank you to all the staff at WBH we will be back!

Spacious and peaceful accommodation right next to the centre of Playa Blanca. Reasonably well equipped and clean.

The FP team are excellent - nothing is too much trouble. The Puerto Chico villas suit us well as we have been holidaying here for many years.

The whole experience from booking the accommodation to leaving on our last day was excellent. Great customer service from an efficient , friendly professional team. As for the accommodation, puerto chico is perfectly located, well equipped, and really spacious with lovely private terraces or balconies. We loved it so much we booked to stay there again on our next holiday before we left. Highly recommended 5 star company , great to to business with.

Needs a new sofa, but all else is very good.
I will definitly rebook.
