Lanzarote
The local management company who will look after you during your stay are based in Playa Blanca. Their offices are located in the reception of Puerto Chico, next to the Punta Limones Commercial Centre, near to the harbour. Please do not hesitate to pop in if you need any help or advice – their staff are here to help you.
On arrival at your accommodation you will receive a welcome letter from us, informing you about the local area and facilities, along with an out of hours emergency number. A representative of the local management company will contact you the day after your arrival to check all is well.
For guests staying for 10 days plus there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, after day 5 of your stay.
For guests staying for more than 14 days there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, after day 7of your stay, and thereafter every week.
In the event of damage or breakage in your accommodation, please contact the local management company as soon as possible. Likewise, if you require local knowledge or require a hire car or taxi, contact the office.
