Interior: Puerto Chico V has an open plan design with a spacious living/dining area with Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. There is a well equipped kitchen which is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar, plus a comfortable dining area is available. This property has two bedrooms, one double, one twin and two bathrooms both with walk in showers.

Exterior: Puerto Chico V has a large south facing private terrace which leads out from the living room. There is a large table under a shaded area which is perfect for eating alfresco whilst enjoying the lovely views. Sun loungers and a built-in barbeque are also provided to help you relax, recuperate and breathe. A brilliant holiday home.

Amenities: Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.

Services: For guests staying longer than one week there will be a full clean with sheet and towel change halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.
