Interior: : Puerto Chico A is a stylish, fresh and recently renovated top row bungalow with superb sea views and a large terrace for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. The property features two large bedrooms: one double and one twin, comfortably sleeping four adults, along with two lovely bathrooms both with walk-in showers. This property is fully furnished to a very high standard and is designed with an open plan design to maximise the Lanzarote light and views. Guests can enjoy a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plus a separate dining area and a relaxing living room area to chill out. There is a large TV with a selection of international channels, air conditioning and free WIFI.


Exterior: : With a large private terrace area which leads out from the living room, this is an ideal holiday home to relax and recuperate. The terrace features a covered dining area, patio furniture and a built in barbeque - perfect for long alfresco lunches and soaking up the sun whilst enjoying the stunning views. The heated communal pool is located in the centre of the complex down the steps at the rear of the terrace and through the mature gardens. Parking is available on your doorstep, and the supermarket and restaurants are just a minute's walk.

Amenities: Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.

Services: For guests staying longer than one week there will be a full clean with sheet and towel change halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.
