Interior: This is a spacious one bedroom property, with an en-suite bathroom and open-plan kitchen and living room. The bedroom has large patio doors that open onto the sun terrace and the bathroom is en-suite, with a shower unit installed. The lounge is comfortably furnished, with a sofa-bed, armchairs and a coffee table. There is also a small dining table which can be used instead of the breakfast bar which separate the kitchen and the lounge. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and comes fully equipped for self-catering meals. Free Private WIFI and Air Conditioning.

Exterior: Both the lounge and the bedroom open out onto the sun terrace, which enjoys spectacular views of the whole of Playa Blanca, including the beaches at Papagayo. The terrace comes equipped with dining furniture and two sun-loungers. With these views, you will not want to move.

Amenities: The complex at Puerto Chico has beautiful, well-maintained gardens, planted with tropical flowers and palm trees to provide plenty of colour throughout the year. The communal swimming pool is heated and there are several seating areas around the pool where you can enjoy the sunshine. Other facilities on the complex include Wifi internet connection throughout, satellite television with several British channels available. The complex also has a manned reception, with English and Spanish speaking staff who are happy to help with any enquiries you may have. Just a short stroll away along the seafront promenade there are plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the pedestrianised shopping street in the heart of Playa Blanca.
