What information do we collect?
When you register on our website or with our offices, we will request your first name, surname, email address, telephone number, number of adults in the party, number of infants, arrival date and duration of stay. We will use this information to contact you to assist you in securing accommodation in the destination that you seek. If you book a holiday with us, then we will ask you for further information including your address and financial information only to process the transaction.
Following contact with you, we will only re-use your personal booking data if you decide to re-book with us. Your email address will be saved on a separate database server. We save your email address so that we may use it periodically to inform you via email of any special offer or general information on the areas that we advertise that we may think may be of interest to you.
We communicate this information to you via an external mailing company called Blumail. Blumail in turn have a suite of security guidelines with supporting procedures, which have been aligned with the ISO 27001 standard. Their security documentation is frequently reviewed and updated to reflect changes to their processes made in response to newly identified threats, as well as their commitment to continuous improvement. They use the NIST Cyber Security Framework to measure their ability to identify, protect, detect, respond and recover from security events.
