Interior: A stylish and imposing architect designed single story villa situated on a private road within the prestigious Las Buganvillas residential estate in the 5* resort of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. For couples there is an off peak discount of £182 per night.


Exterior: As you enter into the garden area through the impressive front door you are greeted by the eye catching glazed vaulted facade of Casa Azul. The fully tiled terrace, surrounded by 2m high walls for privacy, spreads around the villa providing ample space for sun loungers and the 8 seater al fresco dining table. There is a designer heated (winter months only) swimming pool. A large curtained pergola giving welcome shade on the hotter days. Adjacent to the pergola is a stunning hand built volcanic stone BBQ with marble worktops. There is a fabulous roof terrace furnished with sun loungers and seating where you can admire the views of the Sierra de las Colorades to one side and the extinct volcano 'Montana Roja' to the other. From this terrace you can see some spectacular sunsets - truly a great place to enjoy a 'sundowner' and when it's dark watch the shooting stars and the International Space Station drift by! Once inside the villa you will see there is plenty of space for all. A lounge with Smart satellite TV inc. Sky Sports, a dining room with a table seating up to 8, a kitchen and utility room. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king sized beds with en-suites. A third bedroom has two single beds with adjacent bathroom, the fourth bedroom has a double bunk bed ideal for the children. A cot and high chair are also provided free of charge. For parking the villa has its own car port and further on street parking close by.

Amenities: Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.

Services: For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.
