Interior: This villa is situated on two floors, with the upstairs featuring one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, one bathroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. The bunk bedroom is off the upstairs double bedroom.


Exterior: The living room leads out to the spacious terrace and garden with built in BBQ and shaded dining area, plus providing large sunbathing areas.

Amenities: Puerto Chico 1 benefits from a large south facing terrace, with sea views. Situated on the best complex in Playa Blanca, Puerto Chico offers guests a stunning front line location, sea views, a large heated pool, mature gardens, a selection of international TV channels plus a reception on site. Located between Playa Flamingo beach and the village centre, it is just a stone's throw from all facilities - simply a must for the discerning traveller. Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.
