Management Services

The local management company who will look after you during your stay is Freedom Properties SL. Their offices are located in the reception of Puerto Chico, next to the Punta Limones Commercial Centre, near to the harbour (see Playa Blanca Map). They are here to help you.

On arrival at your accommodation you will receive a welcome letter from them, informing you about the local area and facilities, along with an out of hours emergency number. A representative of Freedom Properties will visit you the day after your arrival to check all is well.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay.

In the event of damage or breakage in your accommodation, please contact Freedom Properties as soon as possible. Likewise, if you require local knowledge or require a hire car or taxi, contact the office.
