Luxury villa in quietly resident area, decorated with modern style.
From the living area there are a fantastic views of Fuerteventura and Lobos islands, with an excellent plasma TV, DVD, satellite with Dutch, German and English channels, and air conditioned and heated.
The kitchen is complete equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, extractor, hob ceramic and grill microwave. There is also a utility room.
There are 4 bedrooms, three of them with master beds and one with two singles beds. One of the bedroom has an atrium with a sofa bed available for to extra people. There are two en-suite bathrooms and one toilet.
In the large terrace there are sunbeds and terrace furniture with a nice heated pool (10x5). There is also an alarm system and automatic intercom.
A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.

Additional: At just 5 minutes walk to the town and at 100m to the bus stop. A 10 minute walk from the villa will take you to the nearest beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, from here a beautiful promenade stretches a mile and a half in each direction from the lighthouse (Faro) at the most southern tip of the island to the fabulous new Marina Rubicon which boasts a selection of designer shops and upmarket bars and restaurants, there is also a 10 pin bowling alley here. Also there a good selection of water sports in Playa Dorada beach, at just few minutes driving of the villa.
