Residencial El Puerto is a private apartment complex of just 5 two bedroom apartments plus one studio apartment. The apartments share one swimming pool (aclimatised with solar panel heating) and pretty terraced gardens.
A peaceful and relaxing spot with the benefit of being located within a short stroll of the popular Marina Rubicon. The Marina area has a wide selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. There are some lovely designer shops and the local market is held there twice per week providing a colourful yet relaxed atmosphere for visitors to soak up whilst admiring the boats and yaghts moored closeby.
The studio apartment has an open plan kitchen / lounge/ sleeping area and is also fully equipped for your self-catering holiday. The studio has a sofa-bed which will sleep two persons (no bed).
The studio apartment is ground floor and opens out on to terraced garden area which has been planted with some very pretty fruit trees and decorative plants.
